Tracking XO orders

Your order will be shipped from one of our 3 depots across the globe (UK, US and China). Dependant on the product, it will be dispatched from one of these 3 and will be delivered within the dates stated within your confirmation of order email. if you order contains multiple products, do not be concerned if these arrive in separate deliveries as they may have been dispatched from 1 of our 3 locations.

If your order is despatched through a tracked delivery service, you will receive an email containing tracking details once your parcel has left our depot.

XO orders can be tracked using shipment tracking number sent you to once your order has been dispatch. XO cooperates with global parcel tracking websites such as 17Track, who allow you to track location of your goods using your tracking number.

To track XO order just enter your tracking number in the search box on the 17Track website, and our tracking robots will find your parcel in no time.
