Thank you to all of our customers for their patience and support over the past 8 weeks.
We are working closely with our suppliers to ensure an efficient and safe working environment, therefore we have limited warehouse staff which may effect how quickly your purchases leave our warehouse.
Our customer support team are working safely from their homes and are replying to all messages within 48 hours. We would like to encourage our customers to email [email protected] if they have any queries, and a member of the team will be in touch as soon as possible. Our live chat, although still available, is very busy and only available between 9am-5pm.

Firstly thank you for your patience.
Due to the number of orders, we are currently experiencing some technical issues in regards to our emails which includes order and shipping confirmations appearing in your junk folder or not delivering/returned to sender.
We can confirm that if your order has been placed then we have received it and it will be processed within 1-2 days. Please check your junk folder for an order confirmation. If you have not received your order confirmation and would like a copy, please contact us by either replying to this email, DM us on social, or jump on live chat and we can send this to you.
In terms of delivery timescales, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number once dispatched. Please note, that express shipping is 3-6 working days, and free worldwide is 7-14 working days, and will be delivered within this time frame.
